Haltadefinizione is lending its support to the exhibition entitled “Archives of the Future,” part of the Festival Filosofia, or “Festival of Philosophy.”  It is taking place in Modena, Carpi and Sassuolo, from Friday, September 18 through Sunday September 20, 2020, under the auspices of the Young Entrepreneurs of the Confindustria of the province of Emilia, in partnership with Azimut Capital Management. 

The relationship between human beings and machines is the theme of this, the Festival’s 20th edition. One of the events on the program presents discoveries made in the archives of companies in the local province of Emilia, which are key players at the heart of European manufacturing industries. Haltadefinizione’s digital acquisition technology and its online viewing platform have been applied to allow the general public access to view the historic technical designs held in several company archives. Companies taking part in the exhibit include Bonfiglioli Riduttori, Marchesini Group, Hansa Tmp, Annovi Reverberi, S.I.T., SIR, Poggipolini, Marposs and Carpigiani.

“Archives of the Future” will be on exhibit at Ago Modena Fabbriche Culturali at the following times, subject to precautionary anti-Covid regulations: showings of the short film will take place every 30 minutes beginning at the top and bottom of the hour, from 9:00 AM to 11:00 PM, Friday Sept. 18 and Saturday Sept. 19, and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Sunday Sept. 20. There will be 16 seats available for each showing.
