Haltadefinizione has joined Gruppo Panini Cultura, to take on a new wave of projects in the ongoing digital transformation of the historical and cultural heritage. Gruppo Panini Cultura is a network companies specialized in the Digital Humanities. Led by the publisher Franco Cosimo Panini Editore, the group also includes Memooria, Hyperborea, and Mida Digit. Each one is a key provider in the digital transformation of the cultural heritage. 

Haltadefinizione has moved its offices to C56, the new Digital Humanities hub located in Corso Cavour in Modena, to help feed the synergies among the other companies in the Panini Culture Group. The new headquarters was opened on September 12, 2024, with local officials in attendance.

For the 2024 Festivalfilosofia, the headquarters hosted Digital Hallucinations, a multimedia installation that presented all the different ways that digitization of works in the cultural heritage can amplify our perception of the arts. 

In the new headquarters, Haltadefinizione works beside the digitization labs of Mida Digit and Memooria, and with other important national and international cultural institutions nearby. They will be developing new strategies for conservation and for enhanced uses of works of art, based on their ultra-high definition digital scans, 3D models, viewing tools and immersive visors.

C56 is where we are creating the future of digital transformation and applications for the arts, using new technology to make the arts more attractive and accessible.
