A new era is beginning for Haltadefinizione, is expanding its operations into the international market, offering its skills and technologies to museums all over the world. Haltadefinizione is announcing new initiatives at the Frankfurt Book Fair on October 20-24, 2021.

First, Haltadefinizione has begun new partnerships with Verlag Müller, Schindler and Facsimile Verlag, leaders in publishing of facsimile editions, to perform high-definition digital photographic capture and to produce 3D replicas of art located in the museums of Germany and Spain. Haltadefinizione will open a new office in Germany in November of this year, so that the company can begin offering its exclusive avant-garde services and new technologies to museums in Europe.

“We are proud to be expanding in the European market with such prestigious partners as Verlag Müller, Schindler and Facsimile Verlag,” says publisher Lucia Panini. “We look forward to more exciting opportunities and partnerships. Our objective remains to promote enhanced use of the Fine Arts and our cultural heritage and to use technology to promote it to the public.”

Haltadefinizione’s Image Bank has grown to include a wide selection of familiar works held in the greatest museums in the world, which have released the works to the public. Among these are the Getty Museum of Los Angeles, the National Gallery of Art in Washington DC and the Art Institute of Chicago. Now on a broader international stage, Haltadefinizione is expanding its offering which supports research, teaching and personal enrichment.

More than 50 works, including the masterpieces of modern art such as Van Gogh’s Self-Portrait and paintings by Monet and Renoir, among others, are available in the virtual online gallery
